The owner of Urban Poppy and her staff is proof that , Kindness, professionalism, and dedication still works.
I made a last minute request for a delivery to a friend who was a guest at the JW Marriott. The hotels staff was not able to find the guest. Anissa ,the owner of Urban Poppy-did not give up. She and her team made three trips to the hotel before finding and delivering the arrangement.
She remained calm and committed. I am so grateful for the beautiful arrangement and for the service. My friend was extremely happy
