We ordered this for a SCAD graduate who seemed very happy to receive it. She posted pictures which looked just as beautiful as what we saw on the website. We are on the "left coast" and originally thought we'd have to order from a chain store, since we don't know florists in Savannah. It was well worth the extra money for the quality and individual attention they provided. We were fortunate to find Urban Poppy. They were very responsive to our inquiries about the flowers used and our delivery concerns. They made sure the arrangement was delivered as requested with notifications to both us and the recipient. We are thrilled with Urban Poppy and would use them again if the opportunity arises.

The owner of Urban Poppy and her staff is proof that , Kindness, professionalism, and dedication still works. I made a last minute request for a delivery to a friend who was a guest at the JW Marriott. The hotels staff was not able to find the guest. Anissa ,the owner of Urban Poppy-did not give up. She and her team made three trips to the hotel before finding and delivering the arrangement. She remained calm and committed. I am so grateful for the beautiful arrangement and for the service. My friend was extremely happy
