I live in Sydney , my daughter lives in Savannah Georgia. So time differences are serious impediment . Upon a request for delivery for Xmas eve which I placed in the middle of the night Savannah time, Urban Poppy's , Annissa, replied at 1.52 AM Savannah time to respond to my email, and actually replied as follows: ".All the best, Anissa (PS, If you have any problems/questions please do not hesitate to call)" I have used them for some years to deliver flowers on special occasions to my Daughter and will always use them as long as she lives in Savannah. Perfect! Delivered to my bride's door on the day of her wedding as she was doing hair/makeup. The shop made sure that everything was perfect from the flowers to the delivery. The presentation and bouquet were both amazing. Thank you so much!
